Project Northumberland works with young people aged 14-25 in Newcastle, Northumberland and North Tyneside. Through a programme of personal development we seek to re-engage individuals with education, training or employment – whatever is appropriate.

We now have a golden opportunity to develop our work through a significant expansion of our team. We have secured substantial funding through the Coalfields Regeneration Trust which will now allow us to offer five new posts as follows:

• Assistant Development Tutor (3 posts)
• Administrative Assistant (2 posts)

These posts are open to applicants who:

• Are currently unemployed
• Live in specific former coalfields wards only
• Are aged 18 years or over
